TRAVEL RULES

We remind you that in order to travel legally the passenger must have the regular travel ticket.

The user without the season-ticket must ask the bus driver for a simple run ticket or a return ticket and keep it for all the last of the travel and show it to the control personnel.

To purchase a FORMULA weekly or monthly season-ticket you need to have a personal card with 12 solar months’ validity (calculated from the month following the date of purchase) that will have to accompany always the purchased season-ticket. The personal card can be purchased at the FORMULA sale points, it costs € 1,50 and it is issued immediately.

You need to have always with you a valid identity document.

The user with the season-ticket but without the card is considered irregular.

On the personal card the client has to apply a card format photo.

The client will have to write in the suitable space of the season-ticket coupon the number of the identity card.

The number of zones of the season-ticket must correspond to the one indicated on the personal card.

The FORMULA season-ticket must be punched on effecting the first run on the side marked with an arrow and it is valid for the week or the month in which it has been validated (the monthly season-ticket can be punched and used starting from the 28th of the previous month).

Whoever is not in possession of the prescribed travel ticket (season-ticket or ticket), is given a sanction, not only the payment of the normal ticket at ordinary tariff, but also the payment of an administrative monetary penalty as foreseen in the art. 20 – Regional Law n° 1 of 04.01.2000 paragraph 4.
