Equality and impartiality: the services and the infrastructures are accessible to all the categories of users without distinction of sex, race, language or religion; it means that under the same service, the equal treatment among users belonging to different categories and geographic areas is foreseen. The company development plan foresees moreover the acquisition of motor vehicles able to supply with a progressive increase of the levels of travel comfort and safety towards the old or disabled users. The price of the applied travel ticket (ticket of simple run, ticket of return, weekly season-ticket etc..) is settled and updated by deliberation of the Piedmont Region.
Continuity: the line services are offered with regularity and without interruptions; in case of variations due to events of force majeure, all the useful information regarding the possible delay, the route modification and the useful stops is duly communicated to the users. Detailed communication is besides effected to the organ of the Provincial control in charge of the bus line vigilance.
Participation: in order to introduce improvements to the service of public transport, the company is prepared to meet the User Associations and the City Administrations to analyse possible criticisms and/or suggestions. Today as in the past, the sensitiveness towards the proposed observations is source of study to project new strategies in order to improve the level of the service offered to the user constantly.
Efficiency and effectiveness: in the sphere of the relationship between Urban and Interurban lines the Company has carried out a map of integration between the different destinations, by offering a wide range of timetables with connections in the junction points of the city. With the main aim to supply with an alternative of inter-zone transport, a series of urban and interurban runs has been realised coinciding with the timetables of the FFSS-State Railways in the main hourly bands.
Freedom of choice: according to the right to the mobility foreseen by the art. 8 of the treaty of Maastricht, the company, on one hand, offers freedom of choice among more modal solutions, and on the other hand, it does its utmost constantly to meet the users’ requirements.
