OBLIGATION TO THE TRANSPORT:
The Company effects, on the lines that it itself manages and under the conditions and tariffs authorized by the Granting Authorities, the transport of people and luggage.

TICKETS AND VALIDITY:
The Travellers can provide themselves with the travel ticket by purchasing it at the ticket offices and punch it as soon as they get on or they can purchase it directly on the vehicle without additional charge. The tickets cannot be transferred and must be kept till the end of the run to show them at each request of the personnel for the verification. Besides all the travel tickets have the function of fiscal receipt and so they must be kept, in order to permit possible fiscal controls by the assessing organs. Such controls can be effected either on bord of the bus and near the stop places. The Traveller without the prescribed travel ticket must effect, besides the payment of the normal ticket at ordinary tariff, also the payment of an administrative sanction foreseen by the laws in force.

CHILDREN:
The children of height below the meter, if accompanied, can travel without payment, moreover without having right to the occupation of the seat. The children who are taller than one meter must pay the travel ticket at full tariff.

LUGGAGE SERVICE:
In the price of the ticket and for each Traveller the free transport of a parcel of luggage not exceeding the 10 kg. is included provided that it is not voluminous. The Company declines any responsibility for possible thefts, temperings, losses or deteriorations of the transported luggage and parcels. The luggage is not insured and it travels at risk and danger of the passenger. In the luggage delivered to the carrier for the transport it is not allowed to put inside money, jewels, objects or documents of value, generally, substances that are liable to deteriorate, inflammable, noxious or contaminating or anyway dangerous. Each Traveller is authorized to keep with him inside the coach, at his own risk and danger, only the small hand luggage. The excess of the luggage must be regulated at the moment of the realization of the travel.

BEHAVIOUR IN THE COACH:
The Travellers must keep, during the travel, a dignified behaviour, particularly by avoiding to make row and to dirty the vehicle, and by respecting the prohibitions indicated by suitable plates and the possible particular dispositions communicated by the Personnel of the Company.

FORMALITY OF CUSTOMS AND POLICE:
The Traveller must observe the rules given by the customs, by the fiscal and police authorities and by other administrative authorities, either for what regards the own person and for what concerns the check of the luggage, hand parcels and dogs. He is obliged to assist at this visit, with certain exceptions foreseen by the regulations.
The transport enterprise does not assume, towards the Traveller, any responsibility in case he does not respect the above-mentioned dispositions.

DAMAGES:
All the damages and failures occured by the Travellers to the vehicles, objects and locals of the Company must be indemnified.

TIMETABLES, TARIFFS, CONNECTIONS:
The timetables and the prices can be modified with the approval of the Granting Authority. The Company declines any responsibility for no connections due to delays or something else and for possible errors or inaccuracies in which you have incured involuntary in the printing of this timetable.

RESPONSIBILITY AND CLAIMS:
The claims about the service must be effected filling in the suitable form present on the site or can be addressed by post to the Direzione della Cavourese S.p.A. – Via Pinerolo, 73 – 10061 Cavour (TO).

Upon approval of the Granting Authorities, it reserves the right to modify the timetables of the bus lines indicated in the present publication. Possible variations will be duly communicated to the public through notices shown in the ticket offices.
