Code of law concerning Personal Data Protection

Object

The treatment of personal data has the only purpose to be linked and instrumental to the activity of Cavourese S.p.A. in the administration of contractual and legal duties.

Purpose of the process

Data will be treated in the land of the Company activity, by subjects nominated and located by the Responsible of the Treatment. The same data could be communicated to Society, Credit Corporation and Professionals within the limits of what is necessary to the management of contract relationship or to the aim of solving eventual contract default; everything in the total respect of legal dispositions concerning Privacy.

Modalities of the process

Data could be treated in papery form or through electronic data transmission offered by technical knowledge and development, in a licit way and with the highest discretion, always respecting the law dispositions.

Compulsory or optional nature of collection and consequences of the refusal to answer

The agreement to treat the data for the reasons expressed above has optional character. However the lack in communication of the data does not allow to realise the pursued aims.

Holder and Responsible of the data treatment

The Holder of the data treatment is Cavourese S.p.A.

Following the applicable law, the Responsible of data treatment is the General Director of the Company.

Subjects to whom the data can be communicated and area of their circulation.

All the data collected and elaborated could be communicated to employers and collaborators of Cavourese S.p.A. The eventual communication and diffusion of the data will be connected to the development of the activity of the Company. The data could be communicated and transferred also abroad, always respecting the law conditions.

Rights of the person concerned

Related to the Treatment of personal data, the following rights are recognised to the person concerned - art. 7 of D.Lgs 196/2003.

In particular the person concerned has the right to obtain:

Confirmation of existence of his/her data, their communication in understandable form, knowledge about the origin of the data, the logic employed in the treatment;
Cancellation or block of the data treated;
Update of the data, amendment, or whenever the interest occurs, their integration.
