To increase the competitiveness and the profitability of the Company in a more and more exacting market and with stricter and stricter rules, it is necessary to reach and keep a position of pre-eminence as regards the Quality of the offered service.
The Quality of the service is meant as "Correspondence to the use requirements" that is as
" Client’s Expectations", so the politics of the offered Quality is based on the presupposition that the existence and the development of the Company derive from a correct relationship with the Client, that can be synthesised in three fundamental aspects:

For this purpose a "Quality Management System" has been defined and it allows to prevent and anticipate the defects, the "Non Conformities", in all the phases of the Quality cycle, but above all "upstream" of the service to be offered in order to improve it in output as much as possible. Preventing means moreover economising and, consequently, increasing the competitiveness level.
In particular Cavourese S.p.A., turned to the realisation of such purposes undertakes to develop and guarantee:
- the professional growth of the people in charge of the supply of the service with regard to the guide activity and to the relationships with the users;
- services offered in comfortable and safe places;
- regularity and respect of the modalities of the service supply;
- assistance service to reduce to a minimum the times of intervention and resolution of the problem, and to the reduction of the program variations with respect to the foreseen supply modalities;
- the constant, correct and timely information of the users about timetables, runs, tariffs and variations regarding the line services;
- the continuous development of the offer with the aim to fit it in with the demand respecting the financial equilibrium;
- the reduction to the minimum of the level of pollution linked to the discharge fumes of the vehicles through an adequate program of maintenance and through the use of fuels at a very low environmental impact;
- the analysis of claims and/or suggestions received by the users and the clients, and the forwarding of quick and possibly satisfactory answers.
The systematic integration of the different concern functions brings to the responsibility of each single person forming the Company to reach the Quality aims. The involvement and the participation of all are "conditio sine qua" non for getting the Quality: as natural consequence it derives that everybody is valued by considering his attitude, behaviour and contribution to the Quality.
Moreover, the Management of Cavourese S.p.A. is engaged in the environment protection and in the reduction of its own environmental impacts according to the contents exposed in the environmental politics in compliance with the requirements of the rule UNI EN ISO 14001-2004.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
CAVOURESE S.p.A. thinks that it is its obligation to protect the environment and its natural resources and it is also convinced that reaching a significant profitability in the long period is possible only after a strategic engagement addressed to offer services that meet the clients’ requirements and that, at the same time, are reliable and compatible with the environment.
For this reason the company consider it is fundamental to keep active a system of internal environmental management complying with the international standards, on the model of the rule UNI EN ISO 14001, by applying to its activities the tenable development concepts and environmental safeguard.
- CAVOURESE S.p.A. declares itself to be sensible towards the environment in its widest meaning, by committing itself either to the external environment protection and to the internal one of its own locals, regarding work, health and safety conditions;
- CAVOURESE S.p.A. thinks that the conformity of its activities to the law dispositions in force in the environmental field is binding;
- With the scope of reducing and controlling the effect of its own activities on the environment, the company applies to its own services, production means and productive processes, the study of evaluation and monitoring of the general or potential environmental impacts and it undertakes to consider the results as element of judgement in the phase of planning;
- With the aim of a continuous improvement of its own environmental performances, the society proposes to itself some environmental aims either with respect to the impact evaluation and with reference to the particular arisen themes thought as prioritary. Such aims are addressed to the reduction of the energetic consumption, the water consumption, the risk of pollution of air, soil and water bodies and to the improvement of the waste material management, by favouring the increase of the recoverable fraction;
- With the aim to reach such aims the company foresees the drawing up and the observation of long-term programs, that are updated with reference to the technological development and to the matured experiences;
- CAVOURESE S.p.A. thinks that it is important to form and to motivate its own personnel, in order so to be able to contribute in an adequate, constructive and responsible way to the protection of the environment and to reach the fixed aims;
- In order to spread the culture of the respect of the environment CAVOURESE S.p.A. proposes itself to promote and to keep constructive co-operative relationships either with its own clients and suppliers and with the local authorities, being prepared to supply with all the requested information and clarifications regarding the environmental management.
